Japanese import. Region free, works on any N64 console worldwide.
It provides a controller vibration functionality in certain N64 games. 

Tested, works. In fair to good condition. Battery compartment has traces of leaked battery to one side. Batteries not included. Please refer to pictures for condition and contents.
